It may not be a Ganmen, but Kamina seems to be at war with any of the go-karters unfortunate enough to encounter him on the track--especially if they happen to look like animal people. The fact that he's crashed a good sixteen times already doesn't seem to factor into his current level of crazy, either. If anything, it's made him worse. Go figure]
