I suppose one tends to think in abstractions when one's mind is relatively unoccupied.  So, if anyone cares to answer, here's another one of my questions.  Almost everyone has a point of happiness in their existence.  If given the choice, would you choose to relive the happy times over and over, or would you choose to go forward with an uncertain future?

In more concrete affairs, I believe we have enough for a good poker game.  Tomorrow evening.  Who's available to play?

Humans are but mayflies to the viera. With such precious little time, I wonder why you seek ways to end your time. Thrill is one thing; war quite another. There is no glory in the young dying needlessly, not when there is so much yet to come.

Combat for combat's sake is nothing but a dangerous folly. To spar is one thing; to beat each other senseless is another. Heretofore I ignored this, as I have seen fools die for less, but now I think it ignorant to overlook.

This place will drive many of you to kill one another with no just cause. I suspect many of you will not care, and those people are fools. Cease this ignorant habit of sucking dignity from life and stop being such naive children.
