I haven't seen the Basilisk. Possibly due to the fact that I don't leave this room very often. I heard there's going to be a tournament and a ball. Are people actually becoming comfortable here? Who organizes these events? [sigh]

Hey, I'm actually trying to use this worthless thing so give me a little bit of credit! I can write but I just can't see the replies to anything so, don't expect me to have deep conversations about the universe or anything.

You know when you forget something and you know its important? But no matter how hard you try you can't remember what it was even though you know that you really need to remember? Yeah, I'm kinda having one of those days.

Gonna go practice outside where there is wide open spaces. This palace with all its bells and whistles cramp my style.

…This castle we have landed in seems to be very strange.

Perhaps other plot to get the Sutra from us? If that’s the case, they will be disappointed, Sanzo seems to not be here at all, and he is the one in charge of the Sutra, not me.

At the very least, I would like to learn more about this place. And what it does to people. After all, it’s not everyday that you suddenly wake up with a glass eye. Or strange ear cuffs. Or a monocle.

Something peculiar is going on here, and I’m sure with time and research, I fill figure out what.

Where the hell am I? I woke up in a bedroom. The sun must have risen while I was unconscious, because at the moment, I am human. Outside the window are fields and a strange town, and I seem to be in a castle of some sort, but not one like I've ever seen. The only thing that seems to have followed me is my spellbook.

As soon as the sun set, I'm going for a glide of the area. I swear, if this is another trick of one of those damned Oberon's Children...!

...Alright, this is many kinds of screwed up.

I'm not an expert on castles, but I'd think the idea is to not create so many winding halls and levels that the inhabitants get lost. The designer of this place needs to die in a fire.

If it weren't for the free food and shelter, I'd leave.

... Oh yeah, where is this place anyway? Nice as a vacation would be, I've got things to do back home. Those dog-sized cockroaches are running around again.
