[This is one of the castle traditions that Sweets tends to forget about. Maybe it because it only happens once a year, maybe because what it is that makes people kiss is always changing, but regardless of what it is, he forgets. Which means he's going about his day pretty obliviously.

You can either catch him at his office, wandering throughout the castle, or somewhere outside, playing in the snow. Because really, what respectable person doesn't take the opportunity to play in the snow every once in a while.

Regardless of where he is -- have at him. He would be more than happy to talk to you, even with those fairies floating around.]

Out in the snow

In one area outside the castle is Vivian who is currently making a snowman. The last time she did something like this was when she was a little girl. All she needed now was to make the head and add the accessories before her snowman would be complete.

Her face was screwed up into concentration as she worked on her masterpiece, unaware of anything else that was going on around her. Vivian was a bit of a perfectionist and that principle applied to something like this.
