Cas just glares at her in response and moves away from where he'd been pinning her to the wall, looking for his wine glass and not finding it. Someone else must have picked it up while they were kissing. He doesn't respond to her comment because he finds it offensive, and knows arguing would be moot, but his eyes still gravitate back toward her when his drink can't be found.
