Terezi: Ask Nepeta to do a Very Important Task.
Who: Terezi Pyrope (
redisdelicious) and Nepeta Leijon (
furriendly)
What: Terezi enlists the help of her best friend on avery annoying problem.
When: Backdated to October 10, 20XX (right after this)
Where: Room 2005 (Nepeta's room)
Rating: PG
Well, that didn't go as she'd planned at all.
Terezi climbed the steps leading up to the Terrere Tower, frowning the entire time. Well, what else did she think would happen? She and Vriska had never been the types to make up that easily, given their tumultuous history. Still, Terezi had hoped that they would have settled on some sort of agreement.
Er... right? She wasn't even sure what she wanted out of this anymore.
But Nepeta had all of the answers. After all, Vriska had approached her for some reason. The spider troll had even asked her for advice, and while Terezi might have scoffed at that a few days ago, she'd since been humbled by more recent events.
She growled a little as she continued up the spiral staircase. Whose bright idea was it to make such a stupid winding stairwell, anyway? What an inconvenience.
When she finally reached Nepeta's room, she wasted no time. She knocked on the door and waited for a response.

Well, whose fault was it that Vriska wasn't good at showing her decent qualities? Her own. She didn't have to do all of those bad things, after all. But was the fact that she was capable of doing good worth more than her bad attributes?
She thought about her last interaction with her ex-sister in the Veil, but promptly cringed at the memory. She instead shifted her thoughts to her time in Paradisa.
Vriska hadn't done anything terrible since Terezi had arrived here -- not to her knowledge, anyway. She'd been annoying, yes, but when was she not?
Everything she'd done in this castle had been mostly harmless, from her point of view.
"Yeah," she finally spoke. "I figured out my loss as a result of that entire exchange. I thought... I thought she knew what it was, somehow, and was trying to troll me.
"But I guess I jumped to conclusions too fast." Wow, it was still a bit hard to acknowledge that and force it out. "And when I tried to apologize, she wouldn't listen to me."
She sighed and finally raised her head. "How do I fix it?"
