He felt selfish for thinking it, but Jude was glad to be here, now, in Paradisa with Max. No war, no propaganda, none of the shit that had been going on back home to plague them. Sure, he missed Lucy, and sure, once he left the ignorant, complacent state when it came to Paradisa vs. the real world he actually hated being here, but... he had a lot of reasons to enjoy it, too. Those were the things he was thinking about as he sat up on the snowy rooftop with his best friend, watching the snowflakes fall and accumulate on the roof with a silent calmness.
