[Written whenever they stopped for camp!]

November 19th,

There's been talk of a traitor amongst...or among the castle. No one knows who, I doubt it's that "Pinkie Pie" chick (must be a street name or something).

Feels funny, hearing about a traitor and knowing it's not you. Hell, a few months earlier and I could've been the traitor. Or at least, the one sabotaging any efforts outta this place. Still kinda tempting sometimes now-

[He stops that train of thought quick and there's a pause before continuing to write]

People are gonna hate this person, whenever it's figured out. I get that, betrayal doesn't get you many points. But I....keep wondering just why they're betraying us. Loyal to someone else? Their own interests?

[another pause]

Whatever it may be, I should stay out of it. I don't know most of these people and someone like me getting involved in that mess is just asking for unwanted trouble.

[a pause]

Man, did that sound depressing or what? Maybe this private journal entry's not such a hot idea.
