He needs to know who to make friends with in order to get around his loss, but he can't just let everyone know that he's making friends with them for that reason. [If Neal is expecting some kind of tough American soldier... he's in for a surprise. The next person to enter the Lux is anything but. She's of average height for a girl, with long, light brown hair falling past her waist. Her uniform looks more like a brown cheongsam, tight in all the right places, with red thigh-highs leading into brown boots with white heels. Also, she has push knives strapped to her garters. Despite her military expression and tone, she can't be any older than eighteen.]
