[dictated]

[The journal falls open and picks up the soft sounds of a teenage boy's slumber. After a minute, it's interrupted by an wet snort.] Ugh... go away.

[Shifting. It sounds like someone tossing around on straw.] Noishe, I'm trying to sleep here. [His fingers curl into rough fur. He grumbles and tries to shove the disturbance away, but it's far heavier than he anticipated.

He opens his eyes.]

Wha— ... you're not Noishe. And this isn't my house.

[followed by, louder--]

Where are your eyes?!

[ooc: Lloyd is waking up in the stables with his baby. Hope this is okay! ♥

Also I am going to sleep now. Tags when I wake up.]

[someone else who shows love to the TARDIS. oh, he missed you, Lloyd, and so did she. nothing in the room physically changes, but he may feel a slightly increasing sense of welcoming]

Oh, yes. I'm one of a race of Time Lords, you see. We live far longer than humans.

[for a moment, the only thing Five can do is laugh, but he recovers easily]

You know, I think I'd heard every explanation, save that one. ... I suppose you could think of me as such, though Yuan's far older than I am. And quite fond of reminding me, too. Though, Time Lords aren't quite like elves. Instead of keeping the same body, we regenerate every few hundred years or so - once our bodies start to wear thin, or we become injured.

Oh, goodness, no. My body regenerates - I form a new one from the cells of the old. A bit like a lizard growing back its tail, only - I wind out looking completely different, each time.

[he laughs] …Actually, any one regeneration can last for centuries. It's more a case of changing your opinion. Couldn't stand my hair at first, last time around, but I grew rather fond of it.
