It's kind of a big deal. When it's time, get your asses to the meeting. But until then, take some time to chill out with your Navy bros. ]

[Adachi can be found near one of the ponds, compulsively trying to fix his appearance in the reflection. He'd already spent a good long time in front of a mirror already making sure his suit was perfect- sure, most people recognized him by his distinct lack of neatness; tie always crooked, suit jacket never done up, wrinkles everywhere, navy coat hanging askew and messy hair. But today was a meeting and that meant he'd have to look his best. Not giving a fuck about appearance and looking like a mess on board ships and in front of his men (and enemies) was one thing, but this was a meeting with the fleet admiral, that was important! So he better damn well actually look like a professional for once. Jacket done up, tie securely tucked in, coat straight, everything primmed and pressed, etc etc.

But each time he caught his reflection something new bugged him. The tie would always somehow find someway to get crooked again and his hair? Completely untameable no matter what he did. Goddamnit.]

[Colette spots him from a distance and is confused for a moment... like, bro what are you doing? But when she gets closer it's clear... aslkdgha she just smiles in that 'oh you' kind of way]

Don't worry, you look nice!

[Adachi is startled when he hears that, having been deep into trying into straighten his tie, but when he turns his head realizes who it is and smiles]

You're welcome! [she kind of leans over the pond a little bit to make sure her hair is still in a good braid, and all that stuff. Yep, she's good!]

I wonder what we'll talk about today...

Probably new missions and the like. [Adachi looks at the water to adjust his tie one more tie before deciding he's satisfied with it (for now) and turning back to Colette] Pirate activity... the usual.

[this time Adachi had been concentrating on his hair, which required much more focus. He was about to give up on it for the dozenth time (only to return back to it later...) when he heard Zoro and jumped, nearly falling into the pond but catching his balance just in time.]
