[welp, as soon as that's all done, Adachi's loosening his tie up and unbuttoning his jacket. Meeting's over, he can go right on back to not giving a fuck about the way he looks.

Besides he's going to go find his men, (and grab a few extra fleets) and to his men he's always been unkempt. If they see him actually trying to look neat they might laugh at him]
