With that out of the way, let's talk about our city of Purgatorio. [ It's the jewel of the world, they say, but more than that, it was the jewel of the Navy itself. ] As you all know, we have a permanent post here of three Admirals. Akabane works as the warden of the prison, and Zoro and Sanji are on-hand to assist with the transfer of prisoners and quell unruly prisoners. [ In other words, extremely glorified prison guards. ]

Since we've seen increased pirate activity, though, travelers have expressed worry about their safety. It goes without saying that everybody should feel safe within the city we make our own headquarters in, so I'll be assigning an extra two Admirals to the city, to patrol it and the surrounding waters to quell any possible pirate activity.

For this, I'm going to have to ask Harvey and Stocking to stick around here. Sorry if the two of you had any big travel plans, but you'll be keeping us company around here for a while.
