Girls are weird

[Percy is writing in the journal to avoid the awkward of a female voice. He's really hoping this ends soon]

Why do girls wear their hair so long? It's hot, and heavy, and a pain.

I don't think I understand them any more than I did a week ago.

Ah. Well, I'm not sure what those are but given what I saw, yes, it's like that sometimes. No accounting for taste in some cases, but I could say that about half the castle.

Half of those I can appreciate, and other half can barely have the concept of fashion applied to them, between either always wearing armor...which, if you are complaining about hair being uncomfortable, I cannot imagine that being so...or they aren't even human.
