[ there's a shift
a shuffle
and then the sound of a closing door.
a few moments of soft pap pap pap-ing (but without the usual accompanying tap tap tapof her cane) comes over the journals for a short while, and it sounds like tz is muttering to herself, sounding very unhappy. ]

The world—or the castle—may never know, because at that precise moment, terezi's feet go out from under her and there's the very distinct sound of her tumbling down a short staircase. There's the rustling of pages as her journal goes flying out in front of her and lands open, picking up her disgruntled tone. ]
