Nyet, nyet, it is obviously a playhouse. [She gestures vaguely at the blueprint paper her feet are blocking.] For it to be a cabin, someone would have to legitimately live in it. And a treehouse has to be off the ground. And a clubhouse would not have the floral curtains and pink wallpaper that Samson will surely insist on.
