[Now that his mood has recovered after the events of the last week, Felix is feeling rather chatty. Relieved of worry, his mind turns back to his favorite subject, which has come up quite frequently this month. Granted, he usually asked these questions of people who knew about magic, but after talking with Marian, he began to realize that the opinions of annemer, of non-magical people, were just as valid and in some cases, far more illuminating.]
We use the word magic here in Paradisa quite frequently. It's a simple way to explain how this world functions, but few people really understand what that means - not even those of us who can use it.
I'd like to ask this question of all of you, whether or not you believe in it or can use it...what is magic? There is no right or wrong answer to this question, but I would like to know what it is to you, whether or not you believe your world has it or not.
[After that bit of philosophy, he gets to business. It's been awhile since he tried to recruit new members for Chimera, but it's about time he gets the word out again]

For those of you who don't know me yet, I am Felix Harrowgate, and I am a wizard. I am also heading a council here in Paradisa to help research magic - both that of the residents and this world.
So please, if you possess any such abilities, please contact me. I am always open to members to help me gather information or conduct practical research. If academia isn't your area, I would also like some of you on file to help with magical defense when things of that nature are required. We'd be working as a supplement to the Peace Patrol, not as a replacement.
If neither of these things interest you, I would ask that you let myself or one of my members learn about your magic. Any information we acquire from you will be kept confidential unless it is needed. If you know how the castle can affect the residents, you will know what means.
