4. Gone Fishing

Marian has promised to take Cain Knightlord fishing. The man loves fish, but has never caught one in his life? This must be remedied. Guy of Gisborne might come along, anxious to stretch his currently wolfish legs. Will there be fish in the pond or must they use castle magic and wish for them? Will they even catch any? Do you want to join in? Fishing, chatting, watching, have a picnic? Please do!

It's a fine day and the water is calm as a mirror. Perfect for fishing.

[ She can say that she has grown more or less used to the awe that her appearance seems to inspire, and once she was quite proud of it too. But sometimes it feels more like a barrier than an advantage to building new ties.

I never have either. Hunting and fishing have been more my brothers' pastime than mine. As you see, I prefer my weeds and flowers.

I never had brothers, but there was an older boy showing me both how to hunt and fish.

But I'm deeply fond of flowers too. Being outdoors and enoying nature in all its abundance is always a feast to the minds.

Oh, the Lady Galadriel is amazing! [She speaks and it goes to the heart, and it's intense and you are the same way, Arwen. Marian doesn't say that. The day is too beautiful and bright for it.]

I'm glad to hear it. It's lovely to sit down on the grass by the pond on a day like this, fishing or not. I don't even know if there's fish in the pond, but sometimes that doesn't even matter.
