Yo! This is Jay, comin' atcha from Zone. I know there're a lot of you who are new to the castle and don't know nobody yet. I'm hopin' to fix that tonight. Come on down to Zone [he scribbles in the address and a map]. There're a coupla bars and a big-ass dance floor.
And it ain't just fo you new folks, either. Come on down and mix it up! Meet some people, get yo dance on and try to shake off those winter blues.
Tonight only, in honor of the new residents and my own anniversary of being here, our house drink, the Drunken Mermaid, named and created by Barney Stinson, is on the house.
