[In the days following her complete failure of an assault on Arthas, Alleria has been avoiding ... well, everybody, pretty much. Call it embarrassment or an unwillingness to be confronted about her failure. Whatever the case, she's been even more reluctant to converse with people than she had been even in the past month, and has been pretty much holed up in her room the entire time.
She still reads the journal, of course, and eventually her curiosity and concern get the better of her, and she breaks her self-imposed silence, albeit in a very selective manner.]
