When I play the Game at home, I was a level 70. But since I'm actually inside it now, I guess that makes me a noob.

Yes, it's the Castle's internet system, I think. I don't really use it, but York's on there a lot, and I know he and Delta are pretty good at the games.

Developer? I don't think it's York. I don't know who made it. [These are all sorts of weird questions, you must be a newbie. Or still Penny-on-a-Loss. 7 hasn't ruled out that possibility yet.]

I know that the castle is magic. What is a loss? [Obviously she knows what a loss is, but perhaps there's a special meaning for the word here.]

The castle takes something from everyone it brings here. [A small, weighted pause,] It took memories from me. It'll also take items, or abilities. Everyone's missing something and there's no way to get it back.

As if that weren't bad enough, sometimes it likes to make us go through additional Losses for short periods of time. This ... could really be anything. Usually they only last a week, but ... [Well,] I was on one once that lasted a month, so, it could literally be anything.
