[By now Xena has explored the castle and it's grounds, investigated the town, and searched through the journal. And she still hasn't found a way out or anyone to hold responsible for her predicament. This means she is very frustrated.
Thankfully, in her wanderings she did manage to find the gym. She's in there now, seriously beating some poor innocent punching bag. It may never recover.
She's also a very vocal fighter, so no doubt anyone walking by will hear her.]
