[You've all searched long and hard to get here--a strange manor surrounded by thick forests and right near the mountains that encompass Paradisa's castle. It's old-looking and you can't quite place the architecture...and it has an oddly empty feel to it. It certainly doesn't look like the place where a guts-eating monster would be dwelling, nor where she'd kidnap and torture people. But appearances can certainly be deceiving...

Now that everyone involved knows where she is, it's time to converge and figure out a battle plan.]

[Hostages, you know what sort of situation you're in now. Chains to the walls by pure twisted metal and locked in a room with one confirmed dead body...what are you going to do? Something's obviously amiss down here.

Riful seems oddly absent though; the first time she's left them alone since her return after capturing Morris. Perhaps now would be a good time to try and figure out another way to escape...since time's running out for one of you.]

[Losing limbs wasn't new. That wasn't too bad when you could put them back on. However, being able to reattach them meant being able to REACH them--and at this moment in time, all Teresa has been able to do is stare at her two legs on the floor below her. Riful had cut them off earlier, and her body had taken over and closed to the wounds. There was no way to attach them now. Too much time had passed.

If she survived this, she might be lacking her legs. Maybe it would be better to just let Riful kill her, but she was stubborn. She'd held out way too long already.

Tired from healing previous wounds, Teresa's clearly looking a little worse for wear. Her hair is covering her face, her head is bowed, and she's been quiet for a long time. She's awake, but she's a million miles away, still trying to think of a way out...]

Also about a mile away from Riful's crib, someone is free to find Dick's glider that was left behind, covered by foliage B) ]

[and so stalks a lone undead!elf, having no particular interest in the goings-on of the panicked in the castle. though there is a strong feeling of something possessing quite a bit of power not too far away, she thinks little of it aside from keeping her guard up.

though, a little something in the corner of her eyes catches her attention. a... flying mount? well, it looked man-made, and the sight of it being so haphazardly abandoned... she wrinkles her nose.]

[It had been a hard ride for the past few days, but it was worth it. His muscles ached in a familiar way, though the anticipation of what was to come kept back most of the soreness that would no doubt follow. He sway with the rolling gait of his horse as he paced as close as he dared to the stronghold, already searching for places to make camp if necessary, where to aid hostages if they got brought out and the injured, and searching for the best routes back into the wood from the stronghold. It seemed 300 years of war was serving him well even now.]

Of course nothing can ever be easy, can it boy?
